Delivery Charges

All items on this site include P&P to Mainland UK addresses! .

UK Highlands & Islands Customers & Overseas customers please contact us prior to making a purchase so that we can advise of any delivery charge

If your order weighs over 2kg (litre of liquid = 1kg), it will be sent via our carrier - this is a signatory service. Carrier will attempt to deliver on 2 occasions if he cannot deliver on either occasion an extra carriage charge of £3.50 + vat will be levied.

All transactions are processed in Sterling

If you wish to purchase supplements for shipment overseas please contact us prior to purchasing as some countries have restrictions on what you are allowed to import.

Delivery Schedule We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt. You will be sent an email advising when your order has been despatched

The majority of items on the website are in stock, if for any reason we are temporarily out of stock of an item we will advise you immediately and where possible advise of an expected delivery date

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Privacy Policy Scottish Horse & Pet Supplies do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy:

You must contact us by telephone on 0845 643 2455 (voicemail outwith office hours), within 3 days of delivery if you wish to return goods.

If goods are returned to us (at customers expense) in their original packaging, undamaged and unused within 14 days of receiving them we will refund the cost of the goods

It is essential that you obtain proof of posting as Horse & Pet Supplies cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of returns.

Orders will only be despatched if payment has been received in full.

Should your order be damaged on arrival please telephone on 0845 643 2455 (voicemail outwith office hours). Normally we ask you to return the item to us including a receipt for postage. We will endeavor to get a replacement out to you as soon as possible.
