Making A Purchase We accept most major credit/debit cards.  If you would prefer to pay by cheque, postal order or Paypal please email for an invoice. 

Cancelling a Purchase: You can cancel your purchase by telephone: 0845 643 2455 or email within 24 hours of purchase.

Delivery Charges

All items on this site include P&P to Mainland UK addresses!  So you don't pay anymore than the price you see.

UK Highlands & Islands Customers & Overseas customers please contact us prior to making a purchase so that we can advise of any delivery charge

All orders are sent out via 'signed for' services, so please ensure that someone is available at delivery address.  We can deliver to your office, livery yard or any other address specified.  Our Carrier will attempt to deliver on 2 occasions if he cannot deliver on either occasion an extra charge may apply.

All transactions are processed in Sterling

If you wish to purchase supplements for shipment overseas please contact us prior to purchasing as some countries have restrictions on what you are allowed to import.

Delivery Schedule: We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt. You will be sent an email advising when your order has been despatched

The majority of items on the website are in stock, if for any reason we are temporarily out of stock of an item we will advise you immediately and where possible advise of an expected delivery date

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we can usually order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Privacy Policy Scottish Horse & Pet Supplies do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Credit/debit card information is only used to fulfil order purchases and is not kept on file.

Returns Policy:

You must contact us by telephone on 0845 643 2455 (voicemail for out of office hours) or email, within 3 days of delivery if you wish to return goods. 

If goods are returned to us (at customers expense) in their original packaging, undamaged and unused within 14 days of receiving them we will refund the cost of the goods

It is essential that you obtain proof of posting as Horse & Pet Supplies cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of returns.

Orders will only be despatched if payment has been received in full.

Should your order be damaged on arrival please telephone on 0845 643 2455 (voicemail out of office hours) or email.  Normally we ask you to return the item to us including a receipt for postage. We will endeavour to get a replacement out to you as soon as possible.
